Committee Co-Chairs: Sally Steiner from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services and Katrina Summersett from Presbyterian Villages of Michigan.

The Public Health and Cross Sector Collaboration Committee is responsible for raising awareness among the state's multi-disciplinary stakeholders who impact healthy aging and brain health. The committee plans to encourage collaboration between sectors by developing strategic relationships and creative solutions to address dementia as a significant public health issue. They also intend to facilitate collaboration and sharing of best practices with Midwest regional partners, all while elevating the needs and voices of people with dementia and their care partners. Through these activities, the committee will support the goals and strategies outlined in the Roadmap.
